Frontify SMS Integration

Brand and marketing managers who keep every approved logo, template and style guide inside Frontify are usually the ones fielding the question of whether a new asset has gone live yet. Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, that answer can arrive as a text the moment a new asset webhook fires, rather than a status check in another tab.

On the other side of the same connection, a text sent to Mobile Message can carry a link a client or contractor forwards, say a photo or logo file, and Frontify can add it as an external asset without anyone opening the platform first. When a new contributor needs access to a brand library, that same reply can invite them to a project as soon as the request comes through, so approvals do not sit waiting on someone remembering to send the invite.

Neither side of this needs a developer involved. A design lead reviewing what came in overnight can trust that anything texted through during the day already sits in the right place, logged against the right project, ready for the next review rather than buried in a phone.
