General contractors using Billdr Pro often move from a submitted quote to project planning in the same working block. A New Quote Submitted event can trigger Mobile Message to send the client a short confirmation, while New Invoice Submitted can send a payment reminder or notice. New Project Created can also mark the next step for the customer by SMS.

This connection runs through Zapier and lets your office respond to Billdr Pro activity without manually copying phone numbers into a message. Mobile Message can send an individual SMS, send one to a list, create a contact or add a contact to a list.
