BidPrime SMS Integration

BidPrime gives teams events for New Bid Lead, New Meeting Lead and New Emerging Opps Lead, but the manual chase from alert to colleague can slow the first response. Mobile Message can turn those BidPrime events into SMS notifications through Zapier.

New Bid Lead can send a message to the salesperson responsible for the relevant territory or category. New Meeting Lead can alert a representative that a meeting opportunity has arrived, while New Emerging Opps Lead can prompt a quick review before the opportunity is missed. The SMS can contain the available lead information and a direct instruction to check BidPrime. Each Zap sends data in one direction from BidPrime to Mobile Message. It does not provide a shared opportunity record, two-way synchronisation or a native messaging function inside BidPrime.
