The badges themselves get set up in BadgeCert first, ready to be issued the moment a text back arrives from the right person.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a reply to a text can trigger the Issue BadgeCert action directly, so a customer who texts back after finishing a course or hitting a milestone has their credential issued straight away rather than waiting on someone to log in and do it manually.
