A comment appears on a pitch while your team is preparing for an event, or a new contact is added while conversations are moving between several people. If nobody notices the activity, a useful sales signal can sit in Attonce until someone checks it. A timely SMS gives the right person a prompt without requiring constant monitoring.

Attonce can trigger a Zap when a new comment is posted on a pitch or when a new contact is added to the address book. Mobile Message can send an SMS from either event. Attonce also offers Send Pitch and Create Contact actions, which can be started by an inbound SMS from Mobile Message where a reply should create a pitch action or a contact record. Configure each workflow around the information and permissions available to your team.

The connection runs through Zapier and is not a native Attonce and Mobile Message integration. It does not create a two-way sync of comments, contacts or pitches. You need Attonce, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Use concise, plain text messages and test the chosen event before sending live alerts.
