A Zoom meeting finishes, but attendance details can otherwise sit unseen until someone checks the records. Videoconference Attendance Taker by BlueSky sends a New Zoom Meeting Attendance Record event when a meeting ends and the attendance tool has been used. That event can start a Mobile Message SMS for people who need a quick follow-up.

For example, a training provider could send attendees a plain-text thank-you message after a session, or an organiser could notify a team member that attendance information is ready for review. The useful outcome is not a full attendance database in Mobile Message. It is a prompt message based on the completed meeting record, using the information available to the Zap.

The connection is configured through Zapier. Select the BlueSky attendance trigger, choose Send SMS, Send SMS to List or another suitable Mobile Message action, then map the recipient and message fields. BlueSky has no listed actions, and Mobile Message cannot retrieve attendance records, so this is a one-way workflow from a completed attendance event to a noticeable SMS.
