Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Atom!

Customer service teams using Atom can notify people when a conversation reaches a meaningful disposition or create a customer record when someone texts in. A typification or template event may otherwise stay inside the bot workflow, leaving a supervisor to check Atom before deciding what happens next. Zapier can pass selected Atom events to Mobile Message for a practical SMS outcome.

Atom’s Send Template Message action can send a WhatsApp template from an inbound Mobile Message event, while Create / Update Client can create or update an Atom client when someone texts your Mobile Message number. The Get Typifications and Get Templates triggers can also start a Mobile Message SMS when your workflow needs to alert a team member about available conversation information. Each Zap is one-directional and configured through Zapier, rather than being a native two-way integration. Keep Mobile Message messages as plain text and map only the contact and conversation fields needed by the selected action.

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Atom’s Create / Update Client action. Map the sender’s mobile number and any available text or identifying fields so Atom can create or update the client record.

Can Atom send a template message after an SMS arrives?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can run Atom’s Send Template Message action. The template and recipient details must be configured in Atom, while the incoming Mobile Message event supplies the starting point.

How do I connect Atom and Mobile Message?
