Atolia connects to Mobile Message through Zapier, so an inbound SMS reply can immediately create a task on a board, post a message into a group conversation, or add a confirmed booking straight to the shared calendar, depending on what the team needs to happen next. A customer asking a question can turn into a task assigned to whoever handles that account, a simple acknowledgement can be dropped into the relevant group as a message so nobody has to relay it by hand, and a reply confirming a time can become an event on the calendar without anyone opening it up to type the details in.
