People using Assembly want recognition and communication to reach team members where work is discussed. A new Flow Post can prompt a text when an important announcement deserves attention beyond the platform, while a New Mention can alert the person named in a conversation. Through Zapier, these Assembly events can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS for a direct, plain text notification.

Mobile Message can also send SMS to List when a post needs to reach a defined group. If a recipient replies by SMS, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Assembly Create New Post, giving the team a visible place to review the response. Trigger Flow may be useful when an inbound message should start an Assembly process for people who can post in that flow.
