Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Arvo!

A new personal record appears in Arvo after a workout, and a coach or training partner may need to know about it straight away. Arvo's New Personal Record trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS, turning that milestone into a timely text. Workout Completed, New Training Split Assigned and Training Phase Changed can also begin useful notifications for a person following the programme.

Send SMS is the strongest fit for an individual update, such as congratulating someone after a record or reminding them about a newly assigned split. Send SMS to List can notify a selected group when a workout event matters to a coaching team. Arvo's actions retrieve or change workout information, but they do not themselves provide a customer-facing SMS action through this connection.

This workflow is created in Zapier and is one-directional. It is not a fitness data sync between Arvo and Mobile Message. Both accounts are required, and message recipients should have agreed to receive texts. Keep personal metrics out of the SMS unless they are appropriate for the intended audience.
