An action inside ArdidFlow takes care of the transfer once that approval has happened elsewhere, importing approved PTO and LWOP straight from whatever HR system holds the original record, so the same leave doesn't need to be typed in twice by whoever is closing out the pay run. The record in ArdidFlow ends up matching what was actually approved, rather than a summary someone reconstructed from memory a fortnight later.
