Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Appointo!

A booking coordinator may be handling other work when a new Appointo booking appears. Without an automated alert, the customer can wait for confirmation or the team can miss a change to the diary. Appointo’s New Booking trigger lets a Zap send a Mobile Message SMS as soon as the booking is created, while Rescheduled Booking and Canceled Booking can keep the customer informed when plans change.

Mobile Message can send an SMS, send an SMS to a list, create a contact or add a contact to a list after an Appointo event. A new booking can create the customer as a Mobile Message contact, while a cancellation can send a concise notice to the customer or the staff list. The message can include the appointment details available from Appointo. Appointo has no listed actions, so the useful direction is from booking activity into Mobile Message.

The connection runs through Zapier and is configured as a defined event and action. It does not synchronise booking records with Mobile Message or make Appointo a two-way messaging system. Choose the booking events that matter to your operation and test the message before enabling the Zap.
