Appointlet SMS Integration

A customer books a meeting, then plans change or an appointment is cancelled. Appointlet can pass those scheduling events to Mobile Message through Zapier, so customers receive a timely text rather than waiting for a team member to notice the calendar and follow up manually.

Meeting Scheduled and Attendee Scheduled are useful starting points for confirmations, while Meeting Rescheduled and Attendee Cancelled can send practical updates. Meeting Cancelled can notify the affected customer or internal contact. Appointlet provides triggers only in this connection, so the useful direction is from Appointlet into Mobile Message. There are no Appointlet actions listed for an incoming Mobile Message event. Configure each Zap with the relevant phone number, event fields and message content. The connection is through Zapier, with both accounts required, and it is not a native two-way integration. A carefully written SMS can include the meeting time and the next step, helping customers stay informed when scheduling details change.
