Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Appointible!

Service operators using Appointible often need a customer to know what happens next as soon as an appointment is booked or cancelled. A new appointment can start a Mobile Message SMS confirmation, while an appointment update can send revised details. This means staff do not need to copy booking information into a separate texting tool every time a client changes plans.

New Appointment Created can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action for a confirmation. Appointment Updated and Appointment Canceled can also send relevant notices, and New Client can trigger Create Contact so the person is available in Mobile Message. Appointible's Send SMS Message action can be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger when a customer texts your Mobile Message number and your workflow needs to reply from Appointible.

The connection uses Zapier and each automation has one trigger and one action. It is not a two-way sync, so decide which system should start each particular task. Used well, the setup gives customers prompt appointment information and gives staff a clear record of new people entering the service.
