APITemplate.io SMS Integration

A completed order, a signed booking or a finished invoice usually means a document needs to land in someone's hands straight away, a receipt, a ticket or a payment reminder they can act on. APITemplate.io exists for that exact moment, turning a template and a set of data into a finished PDF or image the instant a trigger fires elsewhere, whether that is a paid order in Shopify or a new invitee booking a slot in Calendly. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, that file becomes something a customer can be texted a link to within moments of it being created.

Creating a PDF from HTML, building a PDF from a URL, or generating an image from a template all give a Zap a finished document to point to, and Mobile Message's Send SMS action can then deliver a link to it once it exists. A receipt can reach a customer's phone right after they pay, a ticket can land the moment someone registers for an event, and an overdue invoice can be attached to a reminder text without a mail client involved.
