A task appears in Anywhere and the person responsible is already handling other work. That manual chase can delay a project, especially when staff do not keep the board open all day. Anywhere's Item Created trigger can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the person who needs to see the new task.

Column Update gives you another useful event. When a chosen column changes, the Zap can send a status notification with the selected value and common task details. This suits handovers, priority changes and work that has reached a customer-facing stage. Send SMS can notify one person, while Send SMS to List can alert a prepared delivery or operations group.

The connection runs through Zapier. It does not turn Mobile Message into an Anywhere task manager or imply that board values are synchronised. Instead, it gives selected board events a clear mobile outcome, while your team continues to manage the work in Anywhere. You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger with Anywhere's Create New Task action when an incoming text contains enough information for a follow-up task.
