Aligned can provide Room Visited, File Downloaded and Room Commented events. Mobile Message can turn one of those events into a plain text prompt for the sales owner through Zapier.

Use Room Visited to remind a representative to contact an active prospect, or File Downloaded to alert them that a buyer has reviewed important material. Room Commented can notify the deal team when a prospect adds context or asks for attention. The SMS can include the room name, buyer details or event information supplied by Aligned.

This helps sales teams react to visible buying activity without watching every digital sales room. Aligned starts the Zap and Mobile Message sends the message.
