Through Zapier, AISA - AI Sales Assistant can pass New Contact Event or New Voice Contact Event to Mobile Message. The resulting Send SMS action can confirm that someone will follow up, provide a short instruction, or share a useful next step. This can help sales teams, customer support operators, and service businesses that use AISA to manage conversations and want mobile communication alongside their existing process.

You can also use Mobile Message events to send information back into AISA. When Mobile Message receives an Inbound SMS Received event, it can trigger AISA Create Chat Conversation using the sender’s phone number. That gives a reply a visible place in the assistant platform. These are separate, one-directional Zaps through Zapier, so each workflow has a defined starting event and outcome rather than implying a live two-way integration.
