It is a prompt that helps the right person respond, with enough context to make the next step clear. Mobile Message can send that prompt by SMS through Zapier.

New or Updated Inbox Item can trigger Send SMS for a selected message, label or sentiment change. Published or Failed Publishing Post can also alert a manager when a post needs attention, while Create Contact can record a relevant person from an inbox item. If a team member texts Mobile Message, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Agorapulse Create Note, creating a visible note for publishing or social media work. The workflows are separate and one-directional, so they do not make Agorapulse and Mobile Message mirror each other.
