A new support project appears in AgilityPortal, and the people responsible need to know what happens next. A Zap can watch for New Project or New Task, then use Mobile Message to send an SMS to the relevant team member or customer. That puts a clear prompt in front of the person who needs to act, rather than relying on another visit to the intranet.

You can also use Project Updated or Task Updated as the starting event for a message about a changed deadline, responsibility or status. Through Zapier, AgilityPortal can provide the event and Mobile Message can send the plain text notification. The result is a practical alerting layer around your support work, with messages going out when important records are created or changed. Choose the event, map the phone number and message fields, then test the Zap before turning it on. Deleted projects and tasks can also trigger an SMS where your process requires a warning, although creation and updates are usually the most useful starting points.
