Achieve SMS Integration

A college advisor is working through a busy list when a task reminder becomes due or a prospect becomes an active student. Achieve can pass that event through Zapier to Mobile Message, so an SMS reaches the advisor, student or selected team list without someone manually checking the planner. The result is a more visible prompt at an important stage of the enrolment process.

New Contact Added, Task Reminder Due, New Active Student and Student Tracker Status Change are available Achieve triggers. They can send a reminder, create a Mobile Message contact or add a contact to a list. For example, a new active student can prompt a welcome text, while a task reminder can alert an advisor that a follow-up is due. Achieve remains the college planning and project management system. Mobile Message handles the SMS action. Each Zap is configured for one direction and one outcome, so it does not create a continuous sync between student records and contacts. Map the fields in Zapier and select the notification that fits your process.
