A learner completes a course and their new credential is published in Accredible, but your team still has to remember to send the congratulations message. That delay can make a positive achievement feel less personal. A Zap can use New Credential Published to send an SMS through Mobile Message as soon as the credential is available.

New Credential Created can also start a message when a certificate or badge record is created. The SMS might congratulate the recipient, explain where to access the credential or invite them to contact your organisation if details need attention. Mobile Message sends plain text, so the Zap can include a short link if one is provided by Accredible and fits your message.

The connection works through Zapier. Choose the Accredible trigger, select Send SMS in Mobile Message, map the recipient's phone number and test the wording. This reduces the manual chase after course completion and gives recipients a prompt acknowledgement of an important milestone.
