AccountGroove SMS Integration

A proposal acceptance is the moment to move a new client relationship forward, but it is easy for follow-up to wait until the next administration block. AccountGroove’s New Accepted Proposal trigger can immediately send a welcome SMS, create the client as a Mobile Message contact or add them to a suitable list. New Sent Proposal can also mark an earlier point for a prompt reminder.

Through Zapier, AccountGroove events can start Mobile Message actions including Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. This gives service businesses a practical way to acknowledge a client after accepting a proposal, explain the next step or place them into a client communications list. AccountGroove remains responsible for proposals, invoices and payments, while Mobile Message sends the direct text. The workflow is one-directional, so it does not synchronise client records between the two systems. Map the client’s mobile number and personalise the message with the proposal or service details available in the Zap. The result is a quicker, more professional handover from accepted proposal to active client, without relying on someone to spot the acceptance manually.
