Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with AcademyOcean!
New Learner can trigger a welcome text, while New Certificate can send congratulations after a course is completed. The inactive learner triggers are particularly useful for a gentle reminder when someone has an unfinished course or has not visited the Academy recently. Mobile Message can send directly to the learner or to a configured list for programme managers.
AcademyOcean also has actions for giving or returning access and adding learners to teams. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start one of these actions when a controlled, message-based request suits the programme. This remains a Zapier automation, not a two-way learner record sync. Use appropriate consent and keep SMS wording focused on the training task.
