4Pay SMS Integration

A customer sends a text to your Mobile Message number asking whether their payment has cleared, or wanting a quick way to pay what they owe. That single reply can start a follow up in 4Pay instead of sitting in an inbox until someone gets around to it. The message becomes the trigger for creating a payment widget or checking a payment status straight away.

This runs through a Zapier connection between Mobile Message and 4Pay, so an inbound text is never left as just a text. When a message comes in, the Zap can create a payment widget for that customer to use on the spot, or check the payment status already tied to their account. For a business that fields payment questions by text, having that first reply open into a real action in 4Pay saves someone the job of finding the customer's details and starting the process manually.

None of this changes how 4Pay itself works, and the connection only runs one way, from the text through to the action in 4Pay. It suits a business that already gets payment questions by SMS and wants that first message to do something useful straight away, rather than waiting for a person to check 4Pay separately before anything happens.
