Important order information can be missed when staff must check another dashboard before sending a confirmation. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can use the Order Created event to send an SMS as soon as the order enters 3Dsellers.

The practical starting point is 3Dsellers’ Order Created trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. You can send a plain-text acknowledgement to the buyer, notify a fulfilment contact or pass a concise operational alert to a selected number. If several people need the update, use Send SMS to List with the order information available from the trigger. This gives the team a direct notice without changing how 3Dsellers manages orders.

3Dsellers also has Create Product and Create Product Category actions. A Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received trigger can run one of those actions when your team has a controlled process for creating catalogue records from an incoming text. The workflow is configured in Zapier, so you choose the fields and conditions. It is not a native two-way integration, and SMS remains plain text.
