Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, an inbound text can create a new row in Zyllio, and a change in a message's delivery status can update an existing row or push a notification to the right person. That gives you a simple way to keep records inside your own app up to date with what is happening over SMS, without opening Mobile Message to check. None of this changes anything inside Mobile Message itself, it only feeds what happens by text into the tables and notifications you have already set up in your Zyllio app.
