Right now someone still has to open the app and add a row, or edit a row, by hand just to keep the records straight, and that small chore adds up across a busy week of jobs and messages.

Zapier links Glide to Mobile Message so that update happens without the extra step. A reply caught by Inbound SMS Received can add a row to a customer table, landing the message right where staff already look for it. A status change caught by Delivery Status Updated can edit a row instead, so the matching record stays current without anyone checking a separate delivery report. Test entries can be cleared out afterwards too, since Delete Row stays on hand for tidying up. It all runs through Zapier, with no code needed and just both accounts connected.
