Record Created can send a customer acknowledgement or alert a staff member, while Record Update can notify someone that a status or deadline has changed. Mobile Message’s Create Contact or Update Contact actions can use details from those records when your table holds suitable contact information. An inbound SMS can also start Zoho Tables’ Create Record or Update Record action when the message supplies the required criteria and values. Zoho Tables remains the place for planning, collaboration, and table data. Mobile Message handles selected messages or contact records through Zapier. Each direction is configured as its own Zap rather than a live two-way synchronisation.
