Put Writer in the middle of a Zap and Mobile Message on the end, and the wording it generates becomes the text a customer actually receives. An order paid in Shopify, an overdue invoice in Xero or a new Calendly booking can each start a Zap that has Writer draft the message before Mobile Message sends it, and a customer's reply coming back in can be fed to Writer as a prompt to draft the next response for someone on the team to send.
