WebTotem SMS Integration

A security alert arrives while your team is serving customers, and WebTotem has identified an infected file on a monitored site. A Zap can pass that event to Mobile Message, so the right person receives an SMS while the finding is still fresh. This is useful for agencies, site owners and technical teams that cannot watch a security dashboard throughout the day.

You can also respond to a New Report or Last Scans event with a text to an on-call staff member. The message can include the site, scan result or report details supplied by WebTotem. Mobile Message can send the SMS directly or send it to a list, depending on whether one recipient or a prepared response group needs to know.

This connection runs through Zapier and does not replace WebTotem monitoring. It gives important security activity a visible mobile alert, helping your team decide when to investigate, contact a client or escalate an issue. You can build separate Zaps for infected file findings, generated reports and scan status changes, with message content tailored to each event.
