A sales manager sees a deal change while preparing the day's customer follow-ups. WebFX can notify a Zap when a deal is created or updated, and Mobile Message can turn that event into a clear SMS for the customer or team. This keeps a useful message close to the sales activity without asking someone to copy details manually.

New or Updated Deal can trigger Send SMS with a status update, appointment reminder or internal alert. It can also create a contact or add a person to a Mobile Message list when the deal record contains suitable details. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger WebFX Create or Update Deal, so a texted response can create a sales record or update an existing one when your Zap has the required deal information.

WebFX's Transform Deal Data and API Request actions are intended for WebFX data handling and do not themselves provide a direct SMS outcome. The connection is through Zapier, with separate one-directional workflows. It does not synchronise deal and messaging records, so map and test the fields that matter to your process.
