Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with WATS!

A manufacturing or engineering team may be handling a production alarm while a new WATS report or root cause ticket appears elsewhere in the queue. If the right person does not see it quickly, investigation and response can wait. WATS events can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS to an assigned person or an operational list.

New Alarm or Notification is suited to immediate alerts. New RCA Ticket can notify the responsible group that investigation work has begun, while New Report can alert a reviewer that fresh test information is available. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create a contact, or add a contact to a list. That allows a team to notify people and place relevant recipients into a defined messaging audience.

WATS also provides actions such as Update RCA Ticket, Create RCA Ticket and Create RCA Email Reminder. Those actions can be used when another service starts a workflow, but they do not need to be forced into an SMS pairing. This connection is built in Zapier, not as a native synchronised system. You need WATS and Mobile Message accounts, and each automation should have a clear operational purpose.
