Use User Verified to confirm that the verification step has been completed and explain the next stage of the process. User Needs Review can send a message asking the person to wait for a manual check or contact your team for assistance. Vouchsafe’s Request Verification action can also be run when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS, provided the reply identifies an applicant and your workflow has the information needed to start a verification session.

The connection is made through Zapier and does not create a continuous two-way record update. Map the applicant’s mobile number and use cautious wording because verification outcomes can relate to identity and age checks. Avoid including sensitive identity information in the SMS. Test both verified and review paths before enabling the workflow, then confirm that the recipient and consent settings suit your process. This gives teams a clear communication step around verification without requiring staff to send each status message manually.
