Customers get a clearer next step when a callback, website SMS request or email request is followed by a timely text. Voizee can send events through Zapier to Mobile Message, so your team can respond to communication activity without checking several screens first. Useful events include a scheduled callback, an inbound SMS and a new email request.

A callback scheduled in Voizee can trigger a confirmation SMS with the appointment details. A new SMS request from a website visitor can send an acknowledgement, while an inbound message can notify another person or begin a follow-up workflow. Mobile Message handles the outgoing plain text message, with the recipient and wording mapped in Zapier.

The reverse direction is useful when your Mobile Message number receives a text. Inbound SMS Received can create a lead in Voizee, giving a sales or support team a record to contact. Voizee’s Send SMS action can also be started by Mobile Message’s Delivery Status Updated event when a delivery outcome needs to produce a message in Voizee. These are separate one-way Zaps, not a native two-way connection.
