A customer taps back into a text conversation just as the sales team is finishing a call round for the day. The reply needs a live agent, not another automated message, and the person who should take it is already busy on Voiso running outbound calls through the contact centre.

Voiso runs the calling and messaging side of sales and customer service teams, handling live campaigns, agent screen pops and WhatsApp templates alongside regular calls. Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a text reply or a delivery hiccup on the Mobile Message side can hand straight into whatever Voiso is already running for that contact, instead of sitting in a queue nobody is watching.

A reply landing while a live campaign is underway can add the contact to that campaign so an agent calls them back with full context, rather than the reply sitting unread in a separate inbox. A text that fails to deliver can trigger the same add to campaign action, giving the team a reason to pick up the phone instead of trying the same number again. It can also send a pre-approved WhatsApp template as a backup channel, so an undelivered text does not end the conversation with that customer.
