A transaction document has just been created in Vista Suite and the customer is waiting for the next step. A Zap can pass New Transaction Document into Mobile Message, so a text can confirm receipt or alert the person responsible for follow-up. The result is a more visible customer touchpoint while Vista Suite remains the place where the transaction is managed.

Vista Suite also provides New Company and New Part triggers. A new company can receive a welcome message, while a new part can notify an operations team member when stock or catalogue work needs attention. Mobile Message can send an SMS, send to a list, create or update a contact, and add a contact to a list. In the other direction, an inbound text can use Find Transaction by Id, Change Status Code, or Create Internal Note, where the incoming message and supplied identifier provide enough information for the Vista Suite action. These are individual Zapier workflows, not a two-way sync, so each direction is configured for a clear business event.
