Livvi SMS Integration

A guest's flight lands two hours early and they text asking whether they can check in sooner. That single message can become the trigger for Livvi's side of the automation, because Mobile Message can hand the reply straight across and have a booking created or edited the moment it arrives, so the door code is ready before the guest reaches the lobby.

This connection runs through Zapier, joining Mobile Message's incoming texts to Livvi's own actions, create or edit a booking and delete a booking. A manager running several short-stay apartments no longer needs to open Livvi and Mobile Message separately every time a guest's message needs a response, because the reply itself becomes the record.

The same pattern covers cancellations. When a guest texts to say their plans have changed, that message can delete the booking in Livvi so access is revoked without anyone needing to remember to tidy up the schedule afterwards. For a small team managing access across apartments, offices and short-term rentals, that means fewer gaps between what a guest actually says and what the access system reflects, and less time spent updating two systems by hand every time a plan changes at short notice.
