This connection runs through Zapier, joining Mobile Message's incoming texts to Livvi's own actions, create or edit a booking and delete a booking. A manager running several short-stay apartments no longer needs to open Livvi and Mobile Message separately every time a guest's message needs a response, because the reply itself becomes the record.

The same pattern covers cancellations. When a guest texts to say their plans have changed, that message can delete the booking in Livvi so access is revoked without anyone needing to remember to tidy up the schedule afterwards.
