A resident gets a text the second their smart lock records unusual activity, instead of finding out about it the next time someone happens to check a log. That is the outcome a KleverKey and Mobile Message connection is built around, turning access events into a message someone actually reads.

KleverKey manages wireless smart locks for coworking spaces, shared buildings and small businesses, and every new lock activity it records can be passed to Mobile Message as a text the moment it happens, whether that is a manager wanting to know who came and went or a resident being told about an event on their own door. The connection also runs in the other direction. If someone texts in asking for access, that message can create or update an access plan in KleverKey on their behalf, and the same reply can create or update a booking if that is how the space is managed.

None of this changes how KleverKey controls the locks themselves. Zapier simply carries each event across as it happens, so a lock activity becomes a text and an incoming text becomes a plan or a booking, without anyone opening KleverKey to make it happen manually.
