A customer has completed an incentive activity, and the information they submitted is ready for your team to act on. ViewFi can send data to Zapier when someone clicks the Send Data to Zapier button on the User Data page. Mobile Message can then turn that event into a plain text acknowledgement or an alert for staff.

For example, a message can confirm that the user’s details were received, explain what happens next, or provide a short instruction connected with the incentive. If the event is intended for internal handling, Send SMS to List can notify the relevant group without requiring someone to watch the ViewFi page.

ViewFi has no listed actions, so this page supports a one-way workflow from ViewFi to Mobile Message. It does not create a native two-way connection, and it does not imply that Mobile Message writes information back into ViewFi. Configure the Zap with the user data supplied by the event, test the recipient and wording, then enable it when the result is useful.

Can ViewFi trigger an SMS after user data is submitted?

Yes. User Data Sent to Zapier triggers when the button on ViewFi’s User Data page is clicked. Pair it with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action and map the submitted number and message fields available in the event.

Can ViewFi send submitted user data to a Mobile Message list?

ViewFi has no listed action for managing contacts or lists. Its trigger can start Send SMS to List in Mobile Message, which sends a message to an existing list, but it does not add the ViewFi user to that list.

How do I set up ViewFi notifications through Zapier?

You need ViewFi, Mobile Message, and Zapier accounts. The setup uses no code. Select User Data Sent to Zapier, choose a Mobile Message SMS action, map the supplied data, test the recipient and wording, then publish the Zap.
