Veriff SMS Integration

Compliance and fraud teams who work in Veriff need clear notifications when identity checks move forward or reach a decision. A verification may be approved, declined or sent back for resubmission while staff are handling other cases. Veriff’s events can start a Zapier workflow that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the person or team member who needs to act.

New Verification Decision can notify someone about the decision and explain the next step in plain text. New Event can alert a team when a user starts verification or submits data. If your process begins with a customer text, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger Veriff’s Create Verification action to start a new session. These are defined one-directional automations, not a native integration or a two-way record sync. You choose the recipient, message wording and verification fields in Zapier. The result is a visible notification or a new verification session created by the selected action, using only the events and actions available in the two services.
