The outcome should not disappear into a call history that someone remembers to check later. A Zap can use Valerie Call Ended to trigger Mobile Message actions through Zapier, so the next customer-facing step happens promptly.

Send SMS can follow the call with a confirmation or reminder, while Create Contact can add the caller to Mobile Message when the event contains suitable details. Valerie’s Send Call action can also be triggered by Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received, allowing a customer’s text to start a phone call where that is a sensible part of your process. The exact recipient, call details and message content are configured in Zapier.
