A customer pays for a Uscreen subscription while your support or onboarding team is away from the dashboard. That payment can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS with a welcome note or access instructions. A New User event can also create a contact, while Canceled Subscription can alert the team that a customer may need a retention follow-up.

Uscreen provides a hosted platform for selling and distributing video content. Its Paid Order, New User and User Updated triggers can pass selected customer fields to Mobile Message through Zapier. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact, update a contact or add a contact to a list. Uscreen’s Assign User Access action is also available when an inbound SMS should grant a mapped bundle or subscription.

This suits membership businesses, course providers and video publishers that want prompt customer communication around access and payments. The workflow is not a native integration and does not synchronise the platforms. Configure each Zap for a specific event, audience and message, then test the fields before turning it on.
