About the UProc integration

A new webtrack or B2B profile reaches a UProc list, but the data may still need checking before anyone contacts that person. Operators who collect leads across several sources can spend considerable time verifying fields by hand. Through Zapier, UProc can pass a list event to a Mobile Message action after its selected data tool has prepared the information.

UProc’s Select Tool action is designed for verification or enrichment rather than a final customer-facing outcome. It can sit in a Zap between a supported starting event and Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List action. For example, a partner trigger can provide a lead, UProc can process a field, and Mobile Message can text or record the result when the required values are present.

The value is better-prepared data for SMS workflows, not a direct contact campaign from UProc alone. The New Webtrack Added to List and New Profile Added to List triggers can also begin a workflow where their returned fields are sufficient. Zapier connects the steps, and the platforms do not sync natively.

Can UProc verify data before it is used in an SMS?

Yes. UProc’s Select Tool action can process verification or enrichment data in a Zap before Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. A suitable starting trigger and the required recipient fields must be available.

Can UProc enrichment create a Mobile Message contact?

Yes. Use Select Tool before Create Contact in Mobile Message. The workflow can pass the prepared values into the contact fields, subject to the data returned by UProc and the preceding trigger.

How do I add UProc to a Mobile Message workflow?

You need UProc, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. No code is required. Choose a supported starting event, place Select Tool in the Zap, map its output to a Mobile Message action and test the data.
