Tomba does not raise its own triggers, so the useful direction runs from Mobile Message into Tomba rather than the other way round. Connected through Zapier, a text arriving from a customer can start a Zap that creates a new lead in Tomba, checking the domain status to see if it is a webmail address or a disposable one, and counting how many other email addresses exist for that domain before the record is saved.

For a sales team fielding inbound enquiries by text, that means every new contact arrives already checked rather than needing a manual look up later.
