A task or calendar event has changed in Terros, but a field sales team may not see the update before the next customer interaction. Terros can send Calendar Event Webhook, Task Webhook, Account Webhook, or User Webhook events into Zapier. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact, update a contact, or add a contact to a list.

A task change could prompt a field representative, while an account event could create a Mobile Message contact or notify a selected list. Terros also provides actions for creating or updating calendar events, users, accounts, and tasks when a Mobile Message inbound SMS starts the Zap. The connection is through Zapier, not a native two-way sync. Each workflow should have one clear result, such as notifying a representative about a task or recording an account contact. Use the Terros event payload and Mobile Message fields available in your Zap to decide what information belongs in the SMS or contact record.
