Termene looks up a company's registration and financial details mid Zap, so a Zap that starts with an overdue invoice in Xero or a fresh form submission in Google Forms can pull that company data before Mobile Message sends the text. Instead of a generic reminder, the message goes out once the details behind it have actually been checked against a proper record.

This turns Termene into the research step of an SMS workflow rather than a separate lookup someone runs by hand between other tasks. An invoice ages past its due date, Termene retrieves the debtor's company details, and Mobile Message texts a reminder that follows a genuine check rather than a guess at who is on the other end. The same pattern works for a new form response, verifying who applied before anyone replies to them by text or picks up the phone.
