That manual step can delay confirmations, reminders and other useful messages. Teable’s record triggers give Zapier a clear starting point for Mobile Message.

Use New Record to send an SMS when a customer, order or request is added to a table. New or Updated Record can send a revised status message when tracked data changes, provided the table records Last Modified Time. Mobile Message can also trigger Teable’s Create Record action when a customer sends an SMS, creating a visible record of the conversation in a table your team checks. The connection runs through Zapier, and each workflow is one directional. It does not keep Teable and Mobile Message synchronised. Instead, it gives you focused automations that turn a database event into a text or an incoming reply into a new record. Map the relevant fields in Zapier, choose the Mobile Message action and decide which Teable table should receive each response.

Yes. New Record can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Map the phone number and relevant table fields in Zapier to create a text based on each new Teable record.

Can an updated Teable record send a customer notification?

Yes. New or Updated Record can start a Send SMS action. The selected table must track Last Modified Time, as required by Teable’s trigger.

How is the Teable connection set up for a database team?
