Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Switchboard Platform's Create Phone action, so a supporter texting in for the first time is added to your phone contacts automatically.

Can Switchboard update a supporter's labels when they text back?

It can. The same inbound text can trigger the Update Phone Labels action, adding or removing labels on that contact so your segmentation reflects who has actually replied without anyone editing it by hand.

What's needed to link supporter replies to Switchboard Platform?
