Subflow SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Subflow!
Subflow's Create Contact action can also be triggered by Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received when the incoming text contains the information required for a new Subflow contact. That can turn a customer reply into a record for someone to review. Mobile Message delivery status can provide a separate trigger for a Subflow contact action only where the available action and fields suit the workflow. These are individual Zaps, not a live two-way contact sync.
Use Zapier to select the Subflow event, map the contact fields, and choose the Mobile Message action or Subflow action. Keep the message and record rules specific to your process.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
